Westnet is the local group of u3as, comprising Settle, Craven, Ilkley, Bradford, Leeds and Cookridge & Horsforth. Bradford u3a members, as part of the WestNet group, are invited to Westnet Events.

If you wish to join a group in one of these u3as please enquire of the Membership Secretary whether that is possible.

Settle District u3a's Birdwatching Group has put together a ‘Bird Trail’ treasure hunt to mark 20 years of the u3a in Settle. If you are up that way you might like to give it a go, and it is only 0.9 miles, so not too long a trek. You don't need any birding knowledge to complete the Trail so it doesn't need to be restricted to birdwatchers. Download the Westnet Bird Trail leaflet if you want to try it.
