Official Notice about the AGM

You are invited to our AGM on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 10.30 am in the Priestley room, 2nd floor, Bradford Mechanics Institute Library, 76 Kirkgate, Bradford. There is no charge for this meeting. Free tea and coffee with biscuits will be available. The meeting is expected to last about half an hour and will be followed by a discussion about how best the u3a can benefit members going forward.

Any resolution has to be with the Business Secretary by 15 August and nominations for Committee members by 25 August.  Both the resolutions and nominations must be signed by two people, neither of whom can be Committee members.  Please email completed forms and any requests for a nomination form to businesssec@bradfordu3a.org.

The aim is to send out the Agenda, Minutes, Trustees’ Statement, the annual accounts, the Independent Examiner's Report and any resolutions received by 25 August by email. Posted copies will be a few days later.
