The meeting room holds 20 people maximum. Cost £11 per morning (9.30 - 12.30), afternoon session (1 - 4). or early evening session (4.15 - 6.45) To book email the library at city.library@bradford.gov.uk and ask for a booking form. Flip chart and smart screen are available if ticked on the booking form. An invoice will be sent about three months after starting and payment is easy by bank transfer.
You can request hot water and mugs on the booking form, then bring everything else. Alternatively the Library does not mind if you ask members to bring their own drinks in, if done discreetly, as drinks are not allowed in the library, just in the meeting room.
